We value quality over quantity when it comes to packing and shipping. We individually pack our orders using recycled and sustainable materials, ensuring that your order is received by DHL in pristine condition, ready to be transported to you.

Delivery Options

We have partnered with DHL GoGreen to ensure timely and climate-neutral delivery of our online orders.

From 5,06 € / 1 – 3 days

From 13,39 € / 4 – 7 days

 From 17,80 € / 10 – 20 days

Free shipping is available as shown below. If you choose to include the payment for shipping in your order even when you have reached these thresholds, we will donate the entire value of the shipping payment to our charities on your behalf.

  • Free Shipping within Germany for an order value of € 75 or more.
  • Free Shipping in Europe for an order value of € 150 or more.
  • Free Shipping Worldwide for an order value of € 250 or more.

Note: When shipping to countries that do not belong to the European Union, customs fees may apply. You will be liable to pay for these and it cannot be shown in the shopping cart in advance.

For stock items, we aim to dispatch within 24 – 48 hours of you placing the order.  

For customised items, we will provide you with an expected delivery time within 24 – 48 hours of the order being placed. However, please understand that this may be delayed, particularly in the current pandemic conditions

Important DHL Information

DHL only delivers to a physical address and not to a P.O Box. Every delivery must be signed for and endorsed, as proof of delivery. Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to unforeseen delays. 

DHL will deliver your package straight to your doorstep in accordance with the information provided to you at the time of placing the order. As soon as we have handed over your order to DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. In the email you will find a link with your personal tracking number, where you will be able to easily track the package’s movement until its arrival. 

We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered while ordering on our website. If you complete your order and afterward notice that the address details are incorrect, please contact us immediately at


Can I have my order delivered to a packing station?

Yes! Please make sure that you include the individual post number, and the number of the packing station in the delivery address so that DHL can deliver your package correctly.

Can I change my delivery address immediately after ordering?

Yes! If we have not yet processed your order, you can notify us of your change of address. Simply send us an email at with the subject line “Change of address and order number”, and inform us of the correct address.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you have set up a user account, you can easily change your contact details such as billing and delivery addresses.

Fast, climate-neutral and sustainable shipping

From the very beginning, we send our parcels climate-neutral and use sustainable or recycled packaging products.

In addition and when suitable, we will also use pre-used packaging from returns to minimise waste.

Together with you, we want to campaign for a re-think in e-commerce and demonstrate that e-commerce can be climate-neutral.
